Since I started my nonprofit and advocacy journey back in 2004, certain books have been instrumental in shaping the vision and mission of my work. These powerful reads have been humbling, enlightening, heart-breaking, inspirational, and honestly game changing in the way I approach my work. These are in no particular order but this list includes books that have transformed my head and heart along my journeyed career.
